The gap

You got your results back, and you still do not know what they mean. The report is written in language nobody explained. Maybe your doctor said it looked “normal,” but something still does not sit right. Or one line mentioned a finding, and now you are up at midnight reading the internet trying to decide whether it matters.

A radiology report is written for your physician, not for you. And a standard appointment rarely leaves time to actually open the images and walk through them.

That gap is where the worry lives. NeuroSignal Review closes it. A neurologist who specializes in reading these exact studies sits down with your scan, goes through it systematically, and explains what it actually shows.

What you get

One focused review. Everything you need to understand it.

01

Live image walkthrough

Dr. Hashmi reviews your scan in advance, then pulls up your actual images and walks through each finding with you in real time. Not a summary of a summary, your real scan on the screen.

02

Written advisory report

Typically 2 to 4 pages, written for both you and your treating physician. Delivered after your consultation.

03

Systematic re-read

Your study reviewed in full and compared against your prior imaging when you have it, so any change over time is actually accounted for.

04

Your questions, answered

Direct answers to the specific questions you submit in advance, so the time is spent on what matters to you.

05

14-day follow-up

A brief follow-up exchange within two weeks, for the questions that surface once you have had time to sit with the findings.

06

Built for clarity

Every part of this review exists to leave you better informed for the next conversation with your own physician.

Who books this

If any of this sounds like you, this review was made for you.

You had a screening MRI, such as Prenuvo, and want an expert to interpret the brain or spine findings.

You were told the scan was “normal,” but you have specific concerns you want addressed head-on.

You have white matter changes, a cyst, or an incidental finding, and want to know what it actually means for you.

Your report was confusing or alarming, and no one took the time to explain it.

Focused by design

One thing, done at a specialist level.

NeuroSignal Review does one thing and does it well: expert neuroimaging interpretation that helps you have a far better-informed conversation with your own physician.

It establishes a limited-scope physician-patient relationship for the purpose of neuroimaging review only. It is not primary care, emergency care, or ongoing disease management, and the advisory report is not a diagnostic report. It contains a neurologist’s impressions and recommendations for you to discuss with your treating physician.

If anything in your study points to a condition that needs in-person evaluation, you will be told clearly and pointed toward the right care.

How it works

Four steps. We handle the hard part.

1

Tell us about your scan

A short questionnaire covers your study, your symptoms, and the exact questions you want answered. Upload your radiology report.

2
We make this easy

Send your images

The one step most people dread is getting images out of a facility. We give you step-by-step instructions for any facility, and if you get stuck, we help you directly until they are in.

3

Dr. Hashmi reviews everything first

Your images and your full clinical context, reviewed ahead of time, not during your appointment.

4

You meet, and you get your report

Thirty minutes, live, walking through your findings and answering your questions. Your written report follows.

Why not just ask your own doctor

Keep your doctor. Add an expert set of eyes.

You can ask your own doctor, and you should keep them in the loop. But the report your doctor reads is written for clinicians, and a routine visit rarely includes opening the images and walking through them with you.

This is dedicated time with a neurologist who specializes in reading these studies, focused entirely on your scan and your questions.

The aim is for you to leave knowing more about your imaging in 30 focused minutes than a series of rushed appointments ever allowed.

Direct access

One flat fee. The risk is on us.

$595
Paid in full at booking. No insurance billing, no surprise charges.

Full refund if we can’t help. If your imaging cannot be reviewed for quality reasons, if your study type is not one we accept, if we decline during intake screening, or if you are located outside Ohio at the time of your consultation, you receive a full refund. Once the review is complete and your written report is delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

Common questions

Before you book.

You get expert interpretation of what your scan shows, and if anything points to a condition that needs further evaluation, you will be told clearly and directed to the right care. This is interpretation and guidance for discussion with your own physician, not a formal diagnosis.

You will hear it directly and clearly, with a recommendation for the appropriate next step. We can send a summary to your PCP at your request.

Brain MRI and CT, and cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine MRI and CT. Studies outside this list are declined with a full refund.

No. This is a direct-pay service. You may seek reimbursement on your own, but we do not bill insurance.
